Partial delivery and refunds: read your order clearly

Payment, delivery, and refunds describe separate events. Learn what to check when a Vicdol order is only partly delivered.

At a glance

  • A paid order can still have a partial or failed delivery outcome.
  • Partial delivery is not confirmation that money was refunded.
  • Use the private order page and contact support before paying for a replacement.

Read payment and delivery separately

Payment describes whether money was confirmed for an order. Delivery describes the service supplied to its target. Those events happen separately, so a paid order can still be processing, partly delivered, or failed. A payment receipt does not establish that the whole service quantity arrived.

An order with several services can also have different delivery outcomes for each item. Read the individual service rows alongside the order summary. A successful result for one target should not be interpreted as completion of every other target.

What partial delivery means

A partial outcome means the recorded delivery did not cover the full ordered quantity. When a delivered quantity is available, use it as the recorded result; an unavailable quantity is not the same as zero. Public counters can also change for reasons outside an order, so a screenshot by itself may not explain every difference.

Partial can be the provider’s final delivery outcome rather than a signal that more is still on its way. Check the current order information and contact support with the order ID, affected target, and a clear description of the problem. Do not assume an automatic retry or refill unless the selected product expressly includes it.

A refund needs its own confirmation

A delivery issue does not by itself confirm a refund. A supplier credit to a delivery provider’s business balance is also different from money returned to your payment method. Vicdol support reviews delivery issues and the remedy available under the product terms and applicable law.

Where refund information is available on your order, distinguish a completed full or partial refund from a pending, failed, or unconfirmed result. An unconfirmed amount must not be read as zero or as the entire payment. A full refund also does not erase service already delivered or change the original payment into a payment failure.

Give support enough context

Use the support link on your private order page or the Help page. Include the order ID, the service or link affected, and what you observed. Keep sensitive payment details out of public messages. If support asks for evidence, use the private channel it provides.

Avoid placing a duplicate order while the first outcome is being reviewed. A refund decision, a recorded refund, and the point at which a payment provider shows the returned funds are distinct steps. Follow the status and instructions for your existing order rather than relying on a general timing promise.

Questions, answered

Does partial delivery automatically mean a partial refund?

No. Delivery quantity and returned money are separate facts. Contact support to review the issue and any remedy under the product terms or applicable law.

Why can payment remain paid after a refund?

The original payment happened. A refund records money returned afterward, so keeping both facts preserves an accurate payment and delivery history.

Should I pay again if the order is being reviewed?

Check the existing private order page and contact support first. A duplicate payment or order may create an additional transaction without resolving the original issue.
