1. About this policy
Vicdol provides social media services through vicdol.com. This policy covers customers, visitors, and people whose social media accounts or content are submitted with an order. Contact us using the email below for privacy questions.
2. Information we process
We process your email address, submitted account or content link, selected service, quantity, price, order and payment status, delivery records, and support correspondence. A customer may provide a link belonging to someone else. We also process technical request information needed to operate and secure the website. We do not ask for social media passwords.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and fulfill orders, provide private order access, send service emails, answer requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with customers, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and handling third-party target links, and applicable legal obligations. Required order fields are necessary to process your purchase.
5. Cookies, browser storage, and private links
We use cookies for guest and private-order access, and to remember your language for up to one year. Browser session storage preserves your unfinished purchase, including its email and target link. Access cookies and private links normally expire after 30 days; this does not delete the order. You can clear browser storage, but this may remove your draft or access. Keep private order links confidential: anyone with a valid link may access its order.
6. Optional accounts and verification
If you choose to sign in, we create an account after verifying your email and show orders placed with that email. We process your email, verification requests, and session records for this purpose. Email service providers process sign-in codes and recovery emails. Codes expire after 10 minutes and account sessions after 30 days. Verification and recovery request records are removed within 24 hours after expiry while the worker is running; expired session and email rate-limit records are also cleared. We keep your account while you use it; contact us to request deletion. Order retention and required-record exceptions still apply. Signing out ends the account session in that browser; separate guest access and private order links remain valid until they expire.
7. How long we keep information
We retain order details for six months after an order is completed or otherwise closed, then delete or anonymize personal information associated with it. Unresolved orders and disputes remain on record while they are being resolved. We retain only the information needed for longer periods where required for accounting, legal obligations, or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. Related support records follow the same needs-based exceptions.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to your local data protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. Contact the email below; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can contact us even if another customer submitted your account or content link.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and show the revision date above. We provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law. Translations are provided for convenience; the English version is the reference version, subject to mandatory local law.
