Does my profile or content need to be public?
Yes. Keep the target public and accessible during delivery, and follow the selected service’s requirements. Private, deleted, or incorrect links can prevent fulfillment.
Do I need to share my password?
No. We ask for a public username or content link, never your social media password. Checkout will show whether you can continue as a guest or need to sign in.
When will my order arrive?
Check the product description for its delivery estimate. Timing depends on the service, quantity, and provider. Delivery starts after payment confirmation and can happen gradually; check your private order page for updates.
What happens if counts go down?
Platforms may remove followers, likes, subscribers, or views. Check your product’s support terms and contact us with your order ID. Where a follower product offers 30-day support, contact support within that period; this is not an automatic refill promise.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout shows the methods available for your order. Review the currency, amount, and any method-specific instructions before paying. Do not pay again while an earlier payment is being checked.
How do I find my order?
Use the private order link sent to your checkout email, or open My orders to recover access. Keep the link private. If access has expired or you cannot find the email, contact support with your order ID.
Can I order more than one service?
Yes. You can combine available services for the same platform and add multiple links in one order. Check the quantities and total for each link before continuing to payment.
